Both! We install and service stand-alone mailboxes for residential customers as well as cluster systems for apartments and HOA communities .

Q: How will Mailbox Project install my new mailbox?

Your mailbox will be installed following USPS specifications , typically using at least 40 pounds of concrete , and positioned parallel or perpendicular to the street based on USPS and community requirements.

Q: How long does installation take after I make payment?

We pride ourselves on high-quality mailbox and sign restorations, repairs, and replacements , typically completed within 5–7 business days after payment.

Q: What if my HOA-approved mailbox isn’t listed on the Mailbox Project website?

We list only our most popular mailbox and sign products online , but we carry many other options. If you can’t find your exact model, please call us. Our Mailbox and Sign sales team can assist you in finding a close match and work with your HOA or Property Manager to secure approval for a similar product.

At Mailbox Project, we restore your existing mailbox to its former glory with updated hardware, premium refinishing, and new parts as necessary.

We will take what is worn and weathered and make it look new!

REPAIR

When repair is necessary because damage has occurred we can do it! Often repairs can be done onsite.

For extensive damage that requires shop repair, we offer optional temporary units so that your mail delivery is not interrupted.
