U Haul truck backed into box-- dented it and knocked it loose--and left post wobbly. We approved the restoration late yesterday afternoon and technician had repair finished before noon today. Price was fair and new box looks great ; post is now stable. Rigo, our tech, did an excellent job and couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. Very good experience from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended.

I highly recommend Mailbox Project! My elderly mother lives alone and was in need of a mailbox and post replacement. I called and got the very Best customer service ever. When they saw our rigged up bungee cords holding the old one on they came out quickly to help. Not only did they do a good job of helping to find an acceptable replacement but they finished the project quickly and admirably! It's beautiful and I believe will last through the worst weather for years to come. They completely cleaned up the area snd even replaced the sod around the post so it looks well established as usual. They stand behind their products and met our needs in a professional and friendly manner. The best ever!!

These folks were great! A storm came through and knocked down our mailbox and damaged the post. I contacted them through their website and a couple of text conversations later I had an estimate in my inbox. Once I approved the estimate and paid they said it would be a couple of days and I would be put on the schedule.
I was away from my house one day and received a text saying they were on the way. I got back to the house and the old mailbox and post were gone and the new one was up. No fuss and no muss. They cleaned up the old post and mailbox like it was never there. Before and after pics attached to this review.

We finally got around to replacing our old, beat-up mailbox recently and hired Mailbox Project. They did not disappoint. Their prices are very reasonable and they were able to come out about a week after we hired them to complete the work. They removed our old mailbox, hauled it away, and installed the new one with no problems. They even blew the leaves out of my front yard for me at no extra cost, which is no small task! Very friendly service with good communication. I definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, it was so easy getting my mailbox repaired. I took a photo of it, sent it in and got an estimate in less than an hour. I paid online and my mailbox was fixed within a couple of days. I couldn’t be happier with the Mailbox Project.
